    CERTIFIED TRANSLATIONS

    Various state institutions in the Netherlands and abroad require in most cases a certified translation of official documents. Certified translations are done by a sworn translator, i.e. a translator who took an oath in court. Such translations need to be made in accordance with rules and regulations existing in a given country.

    OK Info & Translation Services will provide a certified translation of your birth, marriage, divorce certificate, passport, diploma, prenuptial agreement, extract from the municipal civil register (GBA), extract from the register of the Chamber of Commerce and of other documents. In case a so-called “double legalization” is required, we will take care of putting an apostille on your translated documents.

    Standard certified translation (e.g. a birth certificate, a marriage certificate, an extract from the municipal civil register) costs € 75.00 per page of the document. A discounted rate of € 45.00 applies to passports, driving licenses and residence permits. The price for a certified translation of other documents (contracts, annual accounts, etc.) is calculated per source word.
